Q.How should I dress?
If you wear clothes that are easy to move in, that’s OK. Of course, you can bring a change of clothes and change into your workout clothes in the changing room. Also, since the floor is a tatami mat, we ask you to remove your socks and exercise barefoot. (This will help prevent injuries during exercise.)

Q.I don’t have any illness or disease, but can I still attend?

Q.Is it possible to finish rehabilitation at the hospital and still continue rehabilitation?
Of course you can. Please do not worry and continue your rehabilitation, as each national qualification holder will respond with a rehabilitation menu for each disease or injury.
