About Us
Greetings from the Director

Nurturing the body once again
The body will most likely not heal itself simply by strengthening the painful areas. For example, instead of increasing muscle strength in the knee area because of knee pain, it is important to first get the whole body into a state of balance.
We aim to re-educate the body by adjusting the balance and center of gravity, moving the body in the best possible condition, and introducing precise symmetrical movements to break away from the daily patterns of body usage. Age is not a factor. The body will change for the better just by developing the muscles correctly, little by little.
Before and after the training, we take pictures for posture analysis. After the training, you will feel that your posture, center of gravity, and balance have improved, and that your body is “moving.
Better posture → easier breathing and a more stable autonomic nervous system. This will improve your self-immunity. Tahara Acupuncture & Moxibustion Osteopathic Clinic offers a training menu that is not “exercise = tiredness” but “exercise = mobility” to create a body that can move easily.
