Before and After

Before and after training

The body is leaning forward firmly in the Functional Reach Test after training.
The ability to lean forward” = “the ability to hold the trunk” has been developed. If you can lean forward this much, it means that you also have a sense of balance. To achieve this result, you must first have good posture.

Good posture means that when viewed from the side, the earlobe, shoulder, hip joint, outside of the knee, and back of the ankle are in alignment. Data shows that Japanese people, regardless of age or sex, spend a great deal of time sitting, one of the longest periods of time in the world.

This of course leads to poor posture, and in most cases, the dominant hand is used exclusively in daily life and the body is not used symmetrically, resulting in a forward leaning posture and body tilt. As a result, blood flow is obstructed, which may cause various symptoms such as complaints and pressure on nerves.

It is said that a person should not lean 2 degrees Celsius. Can you live in a house tilted by 2°C? It is said that a newly built house should not be tilted by 0.17℃. Think of your body as a house. If you lean that much, your sense of equilibrium will become dull and you will experience various symptoms such as headaches, vertigo, stiff shoulders, and so on.

Good posture is very important in daily life, and as you can see in the image, when you have good posture, you can hold your body firmly and move symmetrically, which makes your daily life better.
