Red Cord
Red cord is a training method that aims to improve function and flexibility without placing a load on the body by using a red rope “red cord” suspended from the ceiling.
By supporting the body with the red cord, it is possible to set the load according to the user’s physical condition and physical functions, and to secure a position that does not cause pain or strain.
By training while being supported by a rope suspended from the ceiling and by holding the rope, the user can gradually relax their tense body and aim to improve flexibility and balance functions without placing a burden on the body.
Relaxation effects
・Reduction of stiffness in the neck and shoulders
・Relieves pain in joints such as shoulders, hips, and knees
・Improvement of flexibility of joints by relieving muscle tension
etc.
Restoration of body functions
・Improvement of daily life by improving the ability to balance
・Prevention of stiff shoulders and back pain by improving circulation and strengthening muscles
・Prevention and improvement of lifestyle-related diseases and weight loss by improving basic metabolism
etc.

Hydraulic training machine
This training machine was developed for training that alternates between muscle strength training (aerobic exercise) and aerobic exercise, prevention of nursing care for the elderly, rehabilitation, and functional training. It is best suited for functional training for women and the elderly, as exercise and training can be performed with less force.
Features
・Safe training with hydraulic load
・The load can be adjusted in 10 steps according to the user’s needs
・Light-load training suitable for preventive exercise and rehabilitation
・Improves range of motion and muscle strength maintenance training

Leg Extension
Strengthens quadriceps muscles. The part where the thighs are placed is designed to conform to the shape of the body, minimizing the burden on the knees.

Abduction
By repeatedly closing and opening the knees around the hip axis, the inner and outer thigh muscles are strengthened. Improves hip mobility.

Cross Trainer
The cross trainer is characterized by its ability to perform “stair climbing,” “walking,” and “running” movements with a single device by repeatedly rowing alternately with the arms and legs. The upper and lower body can be exercised at the same time, providing an efficient aerobic workout.
Since the basic motion is to draw an elliptical with the pedals and there is no need to take the sole off the pedals, the weight does not become a load, and there is less impact and burden on the knees, ankles, and other joints.

Mirage-PRO Cross Trainer Features
The stride can be adjusted in three steps (46/51/59 cm).
Rear-entry type with steps at the back of the machine to make it easier for the elderly to get in and out of the machine. In addition, a handrail is provided for safety when getting in and out of the machine.
The risk of injury and falls is low, and the calorie consumption is particularly high among the many fitness machines, making it ideal for weight loss.
Body Composition Analyzer InBody
InBody measurement provides information on various body balances such as body composition, body fat, muscle mass by area, and body mass index. The measurement results are useful for health promotion.
Measurement items
Body weight, body water content, muscle mass (by site), protein content, mineral content, body fat content (by site), body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, visceral fat level, BMI, body composition history (8 measurements), impedance (by site and frequency)

InBody measurement results
Based on the measured values and input data, body composition, body fat, muscle mass by site, body mass index, and other values are graphed and output in an easy-to-understand form.
While ordinary body composition analyzers can only measure BMI, body weight, body fat percentage, and visceral fat, InBody can also measure body fat, visceral fat, and muscle mass in detail for the upper and lower body, right and left hemispheres, and so on, in addition to the above values.

Training for “Ability to See” and “Brain Power
The ability to see is affected by the muscles that move the eyeballs and the brain that controls them, and declines with age after peaking at age 20.
Vision training machine SuprimeVision
This is a visual function training machine that uses the eyes and body in a large field to perform vision training in seven patterns.

By training the sense of sight, which is used to obtain the most information among the five human senses, it is expected to improve various sports skills, activate the brain through coordinated movements with the body, and improve the ability to imagine what is ahead.
Expected effects
Eye-hand coordination, eye movement, dynamic visual acuity, and widening of the field of vision (instantaneous field of vision/peripheral field of vision)
